Method of Payment
Payment must be made in Japanese yen by credit card. American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club and JCB are accepted.
Confirmation
Please ensure that you carry a printed copy of the Registration Confirmation Sheet which contains the QR code to print your badge on-site with you at the Congress to facilitate the registration process.
Badges must be worn at all times while in the PACIFICO Yokohama and InterContinental Yokohama Grand. If you forget to wear your badge, you will be asked to purchase a replacement badge.
Meeting registrations cannot be transferred to another person. If the registrant cannot attend the APHRS2017 and JHRS2017 for any reason, his/her registration must be cancelled, and the replacement person must register for the meeting separately.

- Providing information on the 10th Asia Pacific Heart Rhythm Society Scientific Session and other future related Conventions.
- Operating and managing the 10th Asia Pacific Heart Rhythm Society Scientific Session responding to inquiries from registrants.

- Group Registration is not available for the APHRS2017. Please resister every attendee one by one by the Online Registration.
- There are no special group registration fees or discounts available.
After completion of the registration, please download and print out the Registration Confirmation Sheet which contains the QR code to print the badge on-site. Please remember to bring the sheet to receive the badge.
- Hotel accommodation for Group
Please refer to “Accommodation page” in this website.
Our travel agency, JTB Global Marketing & Travel Inc., will also arrange hotel accommodation for your group.
