- Room rates are per room, per night, including service charge, breakfast and consumption.
- In order to make a hotel reservation, a full deposit is required.
- Reservations will be accepted on a first come - first served basis through July 13, 2015

| 1 day before the first night of stay | 40% of daily room rate |
| On the first night of stay | 50% of daily room rate |
| After the first night of stay or no notice given | 100% of daily room rate |
