How to apply (mail, fax or email)

Fill out a Membership Application Form completely and legibly and send to the secretariat’s office via mail, fax or email attachment.

How to fill out the application form:

1. As a general rule, indicate the names of the academic department and research lab of the university with which you are affiliated or department and section of your organization.
2. Be sure to specify your preferred contact address (i.e., either your work or home address).

Membership Annual Dues

Note: The fiscal year of the Society begins in May and ends in April.

Notice of Change of Details

Please promptly notify the secretariat of any change in your details registered with the Society via fax or email. Please be sure to indicate your membership number in any such communication.

Withdrawal of Membership

If you wish to cancel your membership, please promptly notify the secretariat of the Society via email or fax, indicating your membership number, name, affiliation and the date you wish to withdraw your membership.
